Getting older means needing to look after yourself more!

Gone are the days when you could eat what you want, roll into bed at 2am and fall asleep with a full face of makeup on (yep, I did that a few too many times).

As I’ve gotten older, and especially since hitting 40, I’m a lot more aware of what I eat, drink and that I need more exercise - for energy especially!
