Hey lovely, I’m Leah and welcome to my little corner of the webisphere…

Throughout my blog, you’ll find all kinds of tips from my fave skincare, to the perimenopause symptoms I seem to be experiencing lately 😓I also love to share goings on in my life and the things I absolutely love ❤️

I’m a mum to two boys (who keep me on my feet) and a wife to a gorgeous husband, and we live in the South of England.

It’s beautiful, as we live near the beach and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else in the world - well maybe when it’s chucking down with rain I would🤣

But honestly, I love it and being able to step out of my front door and walk next to the sea pretty much daily, is a dream… 

Since hitting the B.I.G. 40, I’ve found I’ve changed a lot… not in a bad way, just I find myself googling every slight thing, being a bit overly anxious some days and overthinking waaaaaay too much!

I don’t know what it is, because I’m not upset about getting older, or worried about aging… (this maybe due to the fact I lost my mum fairly young and I see getting older as a privilege) I guess it’s just I’ve started to look at my life more, in the sense of “what do I want to get out of it” now I’m that lil bit older…

A few things I love include reading a ton, as I’m a massive reader, watching Crime dramas and steamy Netflix box sets (there’s so many lol) and listening to techno music - yep, I’m a techno fan…

I also like putting on a podcast when I’m writing for my blog, cleaning or just doing general stuff around the house. Some of my faves include Feel Better Live More with Dr Rangan Chatterjee and Stephing Up with Steph Pase!

My all time fave thing to do though and something I LOVE, is spending time with my family, going on day trips, long walks in the woods and taking scrummy picnics😋
