A hot flash usually comes as a sudden warmth, flushing and reddening of the skin (usually across the face, neck and chest), plus excessive sweating.
It can be embarrassing and can come on with no warning at all!
It not only disrupts your daily life but can cause sleepless nights (and total irritability with the lack of sleep).

Hot flashes are just one symptom of perimenopause and menopause. There are unfortunately many discomforts that come our way in this stage of life.
The good thing is, there are so many ways we can really alleviate the symptoms, enabling us to live a “normal” and comfortable life.
Essential oils are just one of those ways, as they provide a natural way to manage menopausal symptoms, especially hot flashes, and although they aren’t a cure for menopause, they can certainly improve your quality of life.
If they’re used correctly (such as in a cooling spray or diffuser etc) instant relief can come from the excessive sweating and hot flashes.
Using high-quality and pure essential oils is a must, and remember they aren’t a replacement for a healthy lifestyle, alongside exercise and stress management.
